Amanda J. Gerber, M.D.

Dr. Gerber was born and raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She attended Iowa Wesleyan College in Mt. Pleasant, Iowa, and graduated from the Cornell College. After working at the University of Iowa for a year, she moved to St. Louis, Missouri. She now lives in Cedar Rapids with her partner, Shannon, their two mini daschunds and 4 cats.

Her professional interests include gay and lesbian health, pediatric bipolar disorders and issues surrounding domestic adoption.

In her spare time she enjoys the outdoors, reading and scrapbooking.
