What is My Patient Page?

My Patient Page is your personal inbox. Once you create a user ID and password you can look in your Inbox for secure communications from us.

When you receive an email that your doctor has responded, you will need to login to My Patient Page to view the response.  (For your privacy, NO email messages will be sent with any  personal information. Email will only be used to notify you that a response from your doctor or our office is waiting on the secure web site.)

You may use My Patient Page to change your address, phone number and e-mail address.  You may also review your appointment history, insurance details and notification options.
