    We accept all Insurance types except CHAMPUS.

    If you do not have health insurance coverage, please plan to pay at the time of service. If you are not able to pay your bill in full, our billing office will work with you to set up a payment plan.

    We accept cash, checks and credit cards for your convenience.

    Please tell the receptionist when you check in that you are being seen for a condition resulting from a Worker’s Compensation claim or a motor vehicle accident.
